Duties
- Maintain Relationships with existing client
base to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer complaint and ensure timely
delivery of service.
- Liaise with other departments in designing and
executing customer solutions.
Requirements
- At least a diploma in business management of a
relevant field.
- At least two years of relevant experience and
a proven track record of relationship management.
Remuneration: Kshs 20,000-30,000
