Intern Job in Nairobi Kenya - HR

Five Talents Africa Solutions Ltd is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Intern.  

The Intern is expected to provide quality assistance and administrative support to the HR Team on various Recruitment and HR Generalist projects in the organization. 

The position is based in Nairobi.

Reports:  Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative support to the team e.g. manage the front office, activities diary
  • Welcome and receive visitors and ensure clients are satisfied both internal/external
  • Arrange office meetings
  • Track project progress, priorities and deadlines
  • Prepare documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Draft relevant correspondence and screen calls
  • Follow-up on all issues as instructed
  • Proof-read documents, marketing information
  • Conduct research as instructed by consultants
  • Ensure front-office desk is not left unattended at all times
  • Ensure that daily operations run smoothly
  • Maintain a clean environment at all times
  • Assist Lead and Associate Consultants with active HR Projects
  • Assist in management of incoming & outgoing correspondence and filing
Education and Experience
  • A Degree in a Business related course
  • Higher/Diploma course in HR from an accredited institution is an advantage
  • Secretarial qualifications with good typing skills is an added advantage
  • Experience in handling the front office
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to conduct in-depth research online
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Spreadsheets, Internet ,E-mail)
