Head of Sales
Ref HS/001/2015
This role is both strategic and
operational where the job holder will be responsible for sales strategies to
include pipeline management, revenue growth targets, guide and train sales team,
and provide management reports on sales programs.
The candidate will be responsible for
sales teams in Nairobi and in our other County offices in Mombasa, Kisumu,
Nakuru, Eldoret and Meru and also responsible for all Sales Unit managers.
Job requirements: Bachelor’s
Degree with 7 years demonstrated experience gained in a busy insurance sales
environment, managing an insurance agency or insurance sales teams.
Experience and proficiency in General
Insurance will be an added advantage.
Sales Unit Managers - Kisumu & Eldoret

Positions are available in our Kisumu and Eldoret offices, the job holder will be responsible for selling various classes of insurance solutions and heading the sales teams in the respective office.
Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years insurance sales experience.
Sales Executives
Ref SE/003/2015
We are seeking to recruit 20 Sales Executives to be stationed in Nairobi and our other County offices in Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru and Meru and will be responsible for selling various classes of insurance solutions.
Job requirements: Ideal candidate must have at least ‘O’ level education, and 1 year insurance sales experience, Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) in insurance will be an added advantage.
Account Manager – Eldoret

The job holder will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure operational efficiency to include Underwriting, Claims management, Credit Control and Business development for the branch.
Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3 CII or equivalent papers and 3 years’ experience at a similar position in insurance.
Human Resources Officer
Ref HRO/005/2015
The Incumbents duties will include systems updates, training, performance management, records management and recruitment.
Job requirements: A Degree in HR or IT, with exceptional IT skills.
Graduate Management Trainee (GMT)
Ref GMT/006/2015
We are looking to hire high-caliber graduates who are willing to make an early impact in their careers and have the potential to grow into management positions within Aon.
Requirements:
- Must have graduated in the year 2014 or 2015
with a minimum Second Class Honours Degree - Upper Division in the
following disciplines: BSc. Actuarial Science, Computer
Science/Information Technology, Law, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics,
Finance or B Comm.
