Company Secretariat Career in Nairobi

Duma works is looking for Company secretariat for one of our clients.
 
The company offers a wide range of services such as: Accounting / Audit, Taxation and Advisory services.
 
Location: Nairobi
 
Duties: The main duty of the company secretariat is to maintain company records and preparing registration and other documents for up to 200 companies

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent typing skills, grammar and spelling.
  • Computer literate comfortable using Microsoft word
  • Attention to detail working with foreign names and sensitivity to different cultures
Key Competencies:
  • Integrity
  • Honesty
  • Experienced Administrator working in a busy general work environment
  • Ability to interact with personnel from all cultures and backgrounds
  • Conversant with registering a Corporate entity
  • Excellent organisation skills
