Corporate Communications Officer
Reporting to the Chief Officer -
Business Development and Marketing, this position is responsible for planning,
developing and execution of proactive corporate communication and PR strategies
to support and enhance the brand positioning of The Nairobi Women’s Hospital and
its constituents in line with our strategy.
In addition, the job holder will
ensure sustained internal and external communication and must have previous
experience managing communication via social media.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or Public Relations.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in social media management.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 1 to 3 years cumulative experience in a similar position.
Payables Accountant
Reporting to the Chief Accountant,
this position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments in line
with Company policies and procedures.
In addition, the job holder will
ensure accurate reconciliation of statements for doctors and suppliers.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor degree in relevant field and professional qualification in
Accounting.
The position requires active
knowledge of International Financial Reporting Systems.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 1 to 3 years cumulative experience in a similar position.
Medical Records in Charge
Reporting to the Hospital Manager and
with functional reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this position is
responsible for planning, organizing and execution of medical records
activities in line with business objectives.
The job holder will also ensure
security and confidentiality of medical records and analysis of data captured
to inform management decisions.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in people management and customer service.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 1 to 3 years cumulative experience in a similar position preferable
in a busy hospital setting.
