Main Purpose of the Job: A Marketing Executive is a hands on person who
promotes the company’s products and services in the market place so as grow the
business in a creative and innovative way.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that the products and services that FEP
provides resonates with the current and potential customers by creating
brand awareness both below the line (BTL) and above the line (ATL)
- Serve as the point person for developing,
implementing and executing initiatives and product activities this
includes campaigns, launches, events, corporate responsibilities.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns, conduct market
research and monitor competitor activities
- Liaising and networking with stakeholders
including customers, colleagues (business units), suppliers (Agency) and
partner organization (FEB Bank)
- Meeting with various FEP commercial business
units to discuss marketing needs and execution plans
- Writing briefs to both the research and
creative agency based on the brand requirements.
- Develop plans for advertising, sales
promotions
- Formulate and implement annual budget and
corporate brand strategy in collaboration with the group marketing
manager.
- Manage production of marketing materials
including leaflets, brochures (POS) and branded items like shirts etc.
- Supporting the group marketing manager by
contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies

Job Title: Buyer - Supermarket

Main Purpose of the Job: Ensuring
proper, efficient and effective execution of Procurement operations on a day to
day basis.
Follow up and expedite all orders and
operations and report / escalate issues to Procurement officers and/or Head of
Procurement where necessary.
Main Responsibilities
- Expediting and monitor timely follow up of
orders, to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of goods and
services, while ensuring best pricing, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure documentation of Supplier contract and
pre-qualifications are in place, and ensure all suppliers are
pre-qualified.
- Align and update system costs to enhance data
integrity
- Maintaining item master integrity to ensure
there is no data issues. Eliminate any multiple products and supplier
listings. Escalate such issues to Procurement Officer.
- Stock taking, Stocks Item master updates and
maintenance. Escalate to Procurement Officer regarding any discrepancies.
- Market intelligence and competitor activity
monitoring and listing
- Follow up on pending Post listings issues on
case by case basis e.g. credit notes, rebates, etc.
- Assisting to source goods on the basis of
“best value” as required
- Issue purchase orders, blanket purchase
orders, contracts and price agreements per laid down procedures
- Maintain a library of pertinent catalogs,
samples and sources for supermarket items
- Resolve invoice and specification
discrepancies
- Generation of daily, weekly and monthly
reporting on a timely basis.
