Internal Auditor
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure there is timely completion of all
regular internal audit checks and inspections.
- To be conversant with IFRS, ISA, SASRA
guidelines and the sacco societies Act and be able to check on the
integrity and credibility of the financial statements and advice
accordingly.
- Review the economic efficiency and
effectiveness in the utilization of the Sacco resources.
- Maintaining files and supporting documentation
for audits and other assignments.
- Identifying and qualifying key business risks
and estimating the probability of their occurrences.
- To review the adequacy, design and
effectiveness of the internal control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of commerce degree (Accounting or
finance option)
- Be CPA (K) holder and registered with ICPAK.
- At least three (3) years relevant experience
in a similar position.
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have good interpersonal and communication
skills
- Candidates with a diploma in co-operative
management and experience in FOSA operations will have added advantage.
- Knowledge of Sacco industry program, policies,
procedures, regulations and laws.
ICT Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Sacco back office and front office
management systems and integrated ERP system.
- Experience with a modern Sacco based software
will be an added advantage.
- Ensure branch connectivity and monitoring the
progress of the design, installation and commissioning of the various
networks and systems.
- Responsible for ICT Network administration,
Software development, systems support and customer support.
- Responsible for security of sacco data and
communication systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma in information Technology or computer
science.
- Degree in computer science or information
Technology will be an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years relevant working
experience.
- A self motivated person and coupled with
integrity.
