Duma Works is recruiting for a Store Manager for one of our clients in the hospitality industry;
a leading fast food restaurant that believes in providing consistent quality
product and service at an affordable price to the young, expressive, passionate
and socially active class of the market who are seeking new experiences when
dining out.
- 5+ years’ experience in the same capacity.
- Very particular on attitude.
- Excellent business management skills.
- Capable of handling 200 transactions plus
monthly.
- Excellent social skills and client relations
skills.
- Assertive.
- Excellent operation, training and problem
solving skills.
- Bonus points for applicants with experience
working in busy and leading fast food outlets e.g. KFC, Pizza Hut etc.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Train staff in operations and identify what
challenges are to fix.
- Provide positive leadership to promote a
strong teamwork environment and fun atmosphere.
- Manage entire operation as assigned.
- Assist in the execution of the restaurant’s
business plan as directed.
- Accurately complete designated duties such as
inventory control, ordering of products, cash control.
- Expected to exercise good judgment in
decision-making and timely reporting of issues.
- Assist in optimizing profits by controlling
product and labor costs.
- Manage entire operation of the restaurant.
- Make sure the store is stocked, clean and in
proper working order.
