Voice-Over Artists
 

Summary of the Position

The person will be required to provide voice for projects and/or commercial audio presentations.
 
The person must have a charismatic, audible and gentle voice.
 
Being able to perform other audio related processes such as audio recording, audio mixing or research on content will be an added advantage.

You are required to record the phrase below and e-mail it together with your current CV.

Internship Opportunity – Audio Production

Summary of the Position: The Internship Programme will provide an opportunity to unemployed graduates to gain meaningful work experience that will complement their studies and help them gain access to the labour market.

The interns will be exposed to the following activities and processes:
  • Audio recording in the studio
  • Audio editing
  • Audio customization to meet client requirements and standards
  • Audio quality assurance
  • File upload to online platforms
  • Content research
Applicant Requirements
 
Applicants should be recent graduates holding a diploma in ICT or Mass Media Production or equivalent or be awaiting graduation for the above courses.

He/she should be able to work with minimum supervision and have the drive to ensure projects are completed on time.

Software Developer


2 Positions

Reports to:
 IT Manager
 
Summary of the Position
 
Analysis of user requirements, procedures and problems to develop software systems and solutions. 

Development of functional specifications, coding strategy, logic, configuration structure, direct software system testing and validation procedures and oversee all configuration and documentation.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish standards, templates, and guidelines as applied to software systems design using information gathered in the system definition stage.
  • Define data structure layout and data flow model in order to provide specifications for software development.
  • Select the physical communication media, network architecture and protocols in order to complete system design and support system development.
  • Develop Human Machine Interface and/or Graphical User Interface in accordance with the design documents in order to meet the functional requirements.
  • Develop database in accordance with the design documents in order to meet the functional requirements.
  • Develop, test and commission software systems that meet functional requirements of users and customers.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Three years of experience in software solution development, tests and commissioning.

Business Developer

2 Positions
 

Reports to: Operations Manager
 
Summary: Provide leadership of company activities in new ventures and products rollout. A team player in creation of new market solutions and service propositions, with a view to increasing company’s bottom line and market share.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create new business models for emerging businesses and technologies
  • New products development planning and rollout management
  • Appropriate communication and liaison with all departments in actualization of business opportunities.
  • Identify and reach potential clients to offer Company’s products.
  • Monitor existing client needs and opportunities to appropriately cross-sell products.
  • Observe and understand Industry behavior/trends. Monitor competitor offers and products.
  • Maintain & develop relationships with potential leads and clients.
  • Reply to demands or questions from clients in timely manner to ensure healthy impact on both sides.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical skills. 
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
  • Ability to engage teams to produce quality solutions within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and business modeling.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering from a reputable university. A Masters Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Three years of experience in technology and business development position.

General Manager

Reports to: Onfon Group Board of Directors
 
Summary of the Position
 
Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. 

Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. 

Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenues and maximize resources utilization for the company.
  • Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, good quality of services and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Approve company operational procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
  • Promote the company through written articles and personal appearances at conferences and on radio and TV.
  • Promote the company to local, national, regional, and international constituencies.
  • Present company report at Quarterly Board of Director meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
 
The successful candidate must possess:
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
  • Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Degree in Business Administration. A Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Five years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company.
This Job requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
