G&G Consultancy Limited seeks to
recruit on behalf of its client, a highly motivated individual to position of Property Administrator.
The individual will have real estate
management experience and shall report to the Board of Directors of the
Property.
The position will be responsible for
the overall management and maintenance of the property and its resources as
well as: -
- Inspecting Grounds and ensuring Security and
Cleanliness
- Ensuring utility bills are paid on time
- Disbursing and maintaining information as
regards service providers, as well as keeping database of the same.
- Develop and maintain calendar for updating and
tracking ongoing projects.
- Coordinate tenant complaints, requests, supply
needs and maintenance schedules.
- Create, organize, edit and maintain property,
tenant, and related documentation.
- Monitor relevant budgets and inform property
managers about available funds, as well as creating reports for owners.
Qualifications
- Business Degree or its equivalent from a
reputable institution
- Relevant experience in the field of real
estate with not less than 3 years in a similar position
- Must be computer literate and have excellent
communications skills
- Candidates must be 30 years of age and above
