Job Purpose / Objective:

The RH Officer will work closely with the sub county health focal persons to strengthen the delivery of quality facility and community based MNH services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical
  • Participate in the planning, implementation and monitoring of MNH program activities as guided by the project deliverables.
  • Work closely with the sub county RH focal persons in planning and training both community and health facility staff at the county level on MNH competencies.
  • Build capacity of the county health staffs in the supported facilities through supportive supervision in collaboration with the county health management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Activities Planning and Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance to donor’s rules and regulations at financial level and also on programmatic and technical aspects of the project
Required Qualification / Experience & Competencies:
  • Diploma or degree certificate in nursing, clinical medicine or medicine.
  • Advanced degree in Public health is an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years experience in reproductive health programs with at least 2 years experience at project management level.

Key Responsibilities:

Grant Management
  • Donor Reporting

Key Responsibilities
 
Program management:

Reporting and Coordination:

Job Overview / Summary:

Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the everyday Learning Management System (LMS) logistical requirements, which include the management of online content, registration of users and designing of curricula. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with online learning resources. Maintain web sites that support online learning programs.  Measure and evaluate.
  • Responsible for the management and administration of organization-wide performance management process via Workday (HRIS).  Develop training modules to enable staff to effectively utilize the Performance Review module.   • Highly proficient computers skills – to include a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and course authoring tools, knowledge of Articulate and Adobe eLearning Suite desirable.
  • Must have proven, outstanding analytical and reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in the fast-paced, high volume environment and on deadline; aptitude for problem solving and decision making needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  
  • Capable of managing conflict and conflicting views.
  • English fluency required. Proficiency in French or Arabic preferred.
