- Manage the overall insurance business with the
bank as a point of Contact

team of designated Insurance Specialists
- Explore and develop opportunities in new
channels such as Direct Marketing, corporate, In branch and credit life
within the bank to increase the penetration of insurance
- Manage, monitor and evaluate sales promotional
activities, client events, focus group events
- Develop tools and sales tactics to enhance
sales opportunities. Evaluate and counter competition activities
- Liaise with the internal departments on day to
day activities of the banks and set up effective operations process flow
in close co-ordination with the bank
- Gather marketing intelligence statistics
- Facilitate development of strategies to give
the company a competitive advantage
- Assist in the product re-designing based on
Customer needs
- Follow-up renewals to ensure business
retention are optimized and the prescribed retention ratio is achieved.
- Ensuring credibility with Banks by maintaining
detailed knowledge of current market conditions
Requirements
- Must Hold a Bachelors degree in a business
field
- Insurance qualification from a recognized
institution i.e. ACII,AIIK is preferred
- MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in
Insurance
- Result driven with ability to work under
pressure for challenging targets
- Good negotiating and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills

- Develop additional business from the existing
branch clientele, i.e. increase share of wallet by cross selling all
banking products to the existing and potential branch customers.
- Achieve the set monthly and annual sales
targets for all the Institutional banking products within the branch.
- Recommending to the Branch Business Manager
and Head of Institutional banking any business development opportunity for
follow up.
- Review and manage NSF Report to ensure no loss
arises from operational lapses and ensure compliance with operations risk
requirements
- Submit Excess Applications where applicable.
- Manage check referral process to ensure timely

- With the help of the BBM, manage the lending
