Job Responsibilities
·
Open and close the office
·
Be present at the reception desk and
operate switchboard
·
Welcomes visitors and handle all
inquires
·
Ensure office phones and internet are
functioning
·
Answer and make telephone calls as
necessary
·
Arrange official travels and make
ticket booking for employees
·
Manage the office cleanness
·
Arrange necessary office supplies and
inform senior management of requirement
·
Make hotel and airport pick up
arrangement for visitors
·
Daily check of newspaper and inform
MD of any article related to product at hand
·
Arrange sample dispatch and other
couriers
·
Assist in general office administration
·
Create and maintain proper filing
record
·
Perform other duties assigned as
necessary
Job Requirements
·
At least 3 years work experience in a
similar position
·
Diploma in Office Admin or other
relevant field
·
Microsoft Office Skills
·
Knowledge to operate PBX phone
·
Ability to communicate accurately and
clearly both orally and in writing
·
Team player
