Our client is one of the leading
distributors of coffee.
Job Responsibilities
- Open and close the office
- Be present at the reception desk and operate
switchboard
- Welcomes visitors and handle all inquires
- Ensure office phones and internet are
functioning
- Answer and make telephone calls as necessary
- Arrange official travels and make ticket
booking for employees
- Manage the office cleanness
- Arrange necessary office supplies and inform
senior management of requirement
- Make hotel and airport pick up arrangement for
visitors
- Daily check of newspaper and inform MD of any
article related to product at hand
- Arrange sample dispatch and other couriers
- Assist in general office administration
- Create and maintain proper filing record
- Perform other duties assigned as necessary
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years work experience in a similar
position
- Diploma in Office Admin or other relevant
field
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge to operate PBX phone
- Ability to communicate accurately and clearly
both orally and in writing
- Team player
