Accounts Clerk - Disbursements
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving and prioritize disbursements
requests submitted
- Conducting preliminary review of applications
and highlight findings to the Disbursement Assistant
- Scanning/Photocopying of disbursement
documents, contracts and other related documents;
- Sending routine correspondence with PIU’s, and
Loan Disbursement Registry
- Handling enquiries/requests for information
- Filing of disbursement documents
- Assisting the Country Program Officer (Kenya)
on collecting data on disbursements
- Assisting as required as and when issues arise
Job Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English;
- Ability to work in a multicultural
environment;
- Client and results oriented with a sense of
accuracy and attention to details.
- Report writing
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance,
Business administration or other related field
- CPA II certificate or ACCA level 2
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent Computer skills
