which was born out of a merger of three Coca-Cola bottling companies of Rift
Valley Bottlers, Kisii Bottlers and Mount Kenya Bottlers.

looking for capable people to deliver on the following roles:
Engineering Supervisor
The Role
Based in our Plants in Kisii
bottlers, Rift Valley bottlers or Mount Kenya Bottlers and reporting to the
maintenance Engineer.
The role will be responsible for
developing and evaluating the effectiveness of preventive maintenance schedules
and plans, performance of scheduled and non-scheduled electrical and electronics
maintenance to achieve precision and minimize downtime, maintenance of
effective systems, accountability for company tools and spares issued to
the department personnel, preparation of machines and equipment for statutory
inspection, fostering good working practices in all work sites as set out in
the safety, health and environment systems and statutory requirements,
monitoring machine and equipment performance and assist in formulating
continuous improvement programs, section staff performance and appraisals.
The Person
We are seeking a self- driven,
solution oriented and experienced engineering professional to lead a team of
highly effective technicians and assure the company very high levels of machine
efficiency and uptime.
The successful candidate will not
only be technically good but one who is able to work in a diverse environment
and will have clear understanding of safety, health environment and quality
aspects of the work place and the law.
He / She will be a Bachelor degree
holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and
will have a minimum 3 years work experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in the beverage industry
will be an added advantage
Engineering Technician
The Role
Based in our Plants in Kisii
bottlers, Rift Valley bottlers or Mount Kenya Bottlers and reporting to the
Engineering Supervisor.
The role will be responsible for
executing scheduled maintenance and routine maintenance to assure the company
the highest possible machine efficiency and uptime.
He/she will also be responsible for
reduction of machine downtime by ensuring that all corrective maintenance/
repair activities are carried out within very ambitiously set lead-times.
The Person
We are seeking for highly skilled individuals
well-polished in machine diagnostics and solution oriented.
The successful candidate must be
self- driven, able to work under pressure, apt and precise.
He or she will be highly analytical
and keen to details.
Understanding of Occupational Safety,
Health, environment and quality standards and regulations will be a success
factor.
The candidate must be holder of
diploma in Mechanical engineering, electrical / Electronics or Mechatronics
from a recognized National college with not less than 2 years’ experience as an
Engineering technician in a busy manufacturing organization.
Experience in maintaining and
repairing carbonated beverage production processing lines will be an added
advantage.
Management Accountant
The Role
Based in our Kisii Plant and
reporting to the Plant financial Controller.
The role will be responsible for
total business cost controls, Inventory control, value chains analysis,
preparation and interpretation of management accounts to constantly inform
management in making operational business decisions.
He / she will coordinate the
preparation of the plant financial budget and will be responsible for
monitoring implementation of the approved budget.
The person
We are looking for a professional
accountant with polished analytical skills, excellent understanding of
manufacturing and distribution processes and with a high sense of cost
consciousness.
The successful candidate will have
not less than five years’ experience as an Accountant 2 of which must be in
Management Accounting in a fast moving consumer manufacturing environment.
Experience in accounting for returnable containers will be an added
advantage.
He / She will be a degree holder in a
business related field and a CPA (K).
The successful candidate must be
ready to work in any other of the company’s plants in Nyeri and Eldoret.
Assistant Accountant
Based in our Kisii Plant and
reporting to the Management Accountant.
The role will be responsible for
total business cost controls, Inventory control, value chains analysis,
preparation and interpretation of management accounts to constantly inform
management in making operational business decisions.
He / she will coordinate the
preparation of the plant financial budget and will be responsible for monitoring
implementation of the approved budget.
The person
The successful candidate will have
two (2) to three (3) years’ experience as an Accountant.
Experience in accounting for
inventory in a fast moving consumer goods and busy organization will be an
added advantage.
He / She will be a degree holder in a business related field and a CPA (K).
The successful candidate must be
ready to work in any other of the company’s plants in Nyeri and Eldoret.
Retail Account Developer
Based in our markets of Mount Kenya,
Kisii and Rift valley Bottlers and reporting to the Retail Area Manager.
The role will be responsible for new
outlet creation, outlet growth and development, market execution, innovative
product displays and merchandising, order generation and volume target
achievements.
The role is also responsible for
monitoring route to market routines adherence by distributor salesmen and their
daily performance.
The Person:
We are seeking for young and
passionate salesmen.
In order to succeed in this role, the
candidate will possess a diploma in business administration preferably in Sales
and marketing.
As a foot soldier, he or she must be
resilient, possess high level interpersonal skills, self-driven, result
focused, passionate about selling and an excellent relationship builder.
Experience in selling of fast moving
consumer goods (FMCG) will be required.
Experience in selling of beverages will be an added advantage.
He / she must be willing and ready to
work in any part of our markets.
