fill in the following position:

Key result areas (KRAs)
- Support to Supervisors
- Team work
- Timely and accurate communication
- Making timely appointments and
reservations
- Timely Follow up
- Proper documentation and reporting
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reading, monitoring and responding to the
principal’s email
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Preparing correspondence on the principal’s
behalf
- Commissioning work on the principal’s behalf
- Liaising with staff, clients, etc
- Managing the principal’s diary
- Booking meetings
- Organizing travel and preparing complex travel
itineraries
- Attend meetings on your boss’s behalf
- Writing minutes
- Taking dictations
- Planning, organizing and managing events
- Attending events/meetings as the principal’s
representative
- Conducting research
- Writing reports, executive summaries and
newsletters
- Preparing presentations
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Managing and reviewing filing and office
systems
- Typing document
- Managing projects
- Protects organization’s value by keeping
information confidential.
- Any other task as may be required from time to
time
Education and Training
- 2 years relevant work experience
- University Degree in business or communication
or related fields
Skills and Abilities
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office
- Ability to prioritize conflicting work demands
- Ability to plan, carry out and complete
projects within agreed timescales.
- Ability to carry out work effectively with
limited supervision
- Accurate spelling, correct grammar and good
level of numeracy
