Administrator Job in Nairobi, Kenya

The Association of Private Land Rhino Sanctuaries (APLRS) is seeking highly motivated applicants for the position of an Administrator

Reporting to the Chairman of the APLRS, the candidate will liaise and work closely with the Kenya Wildlife Service Rhino Programme Coordinator (RPC) as well as other appointed KWS personnel to effectively implement the National Rhino Strategy Plan. 

The position will also coordinate activities of the APLRS in accordance with its Constitution and the Rhino Strategy Plan. 

He/She will assist the Secretary to the APLRS in writing grant proposals and reports. 

The position will undertake any other duties pursuant to the aims of the APLRS as assigned by the APLRS Chairman and RPC.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of natural resource management
  • Two years’ experience in management of natural resources with extensive reporting capacity
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
The position will be located in Nairobi at KWS Headquarters with field visits as required.
