Our client, Carrefour is one of the
largest French hypermarket chains in the world with 1,452 hypermarkets at the
end of 2011 and more than 21,000 employees from more than 68
nationalities.
The ideal candidate will have strong
experience in a similar role and be responsible for the following key
responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor store results and propose corrective
measures.
- Provide the Store and HO management with
financial and other related information about store functioning and
performance.
- Assist the Store management with financial and
other analysesto support their day to day operations.
- Maintain and control internal procedures and
policies implementation in order to ensure that all controls are in place
in respect of commercial operations of store.
- Management store finance, business control
team
Skills & Abilities:
- Preferably master in finance, business
administration or commerce (one of those); Degree could be accepted
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience in retail operations
- Experience in financial control, store finance
or operations would be a plus
- Strong computer knowledge of MS office
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
and to work under pressure
- Good presentation and moderation skills
- High degree of integrity,responsibility and
professionalism
- Self motivation and energy
