Reporting to the Chief Ethics &
Integrity Officer, the Ethics & Integrity Officer’s responsibility will be
management of cases of rules violation, regulations, policies, procedures and
standards of conduct.
The key responsibilities for this
position are;
- Identifying Ethics & Integrity risks and
vulnerability in systems and procedures
- Promotion of awareness amongst stakeholders on
Company values, standards, policies and procedures in Ethics to facilitate
embedment of an ethical culture within the Company.
- Expeditiously conduct preliminary
investigations into reported cases of unethical behavior and recommend
appropriate action.
- Conducting research and analysis on unethical
and integrity issues
- Developing and implementing a sustainable
awareness strategy that supports institutional integrity and culture
change
- Developing communication channels to
continually reinforce Ethics and Integrity with all stakeholders
- Initiating appropriate procedures for the
operation of the Compliance Program
- Regular liaison with external
agencies/specialists regarding ethics awareness initiatives strategies and
models
- Performing other duties as may be assigned.
Appointment Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Governance & Ethics,
Social Sciences or related fields from recognized institutions
- Trained Integrity Assurance Officer (IAO)
- Training in anti-corruption investigation from
a recognized institution
- Six (6) years working experience ¡n Integrity
role
- Understanding of Anti-corruption Legal

Reporting to the Chief Property
Officer, the Property Officers will be responsible for Property valuation,
lease negotiation/administration and real estate portfolio management.
The key responsibilities for this
position are;
- Conducting valuation of properties
- Lease negotiation and administration for
buildings/land for company operational use
- Real Estate portfolio management
- Due diligence of real estate
- Acquiring land on behalf of the Company
- Liaising with local authorities and government
institutions on statutory payments of levies and other requirements
- Maintaining and updating register of Company
properties
- Identifying cost effective office space and
staff accommodation as necessary
- Analysis and application of laws, by-laws,
standard and codes in respect of real estate
- Representation of the company in Central and
County Government forums and processes in respect of real estate matters

assigned.
Appointment Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics or

- Measurement and valuation of works
