Ethics & Integrity Officer

Reporting to the Chief Ethics & Integrity Officer, the Ethics & Integrity Officer’s responsibility will be management of cases of rules violation, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct. 

The key responsibilities for this position are;
  • Identifying Ethics & Integrity risks and vulnerability in systems and procedures
  • Promotion of awareness amongst stakeholders on Company values, standards, policies and procedures in Ethics to facilitate embedment of an ethical culture within the Company.
  • Expeditiously conduct preliminary investigations into reported cases of unethical behavior and recommend appropriate action.
  • Conducting research and analysis on unethical and integrity issues
  • Developing and implementing a sustainable awareness strategy that supports institutional integrity and culture change
  • Developing communication channels to continually reinforce Ethics and Integrity with all stakeholders
  • Initiating appropriate procedures for the operation of the Compliance Program
  • Regular liaison with external agencies/specialists regarding ethics awareness initiatives strategies and models
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned.
Appointment Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Governance & Ethics, Social Sciences or related fields from recognized institutions
  • Trained Integrity Assurance Officer (IAO)
  • Training in anti-corruption investigation from a recognized institution
  • Six (6) years working experience ¡n Integrity role
  • Understanding of Anti-corruption Legal Framework
  • Knowledge of Investigations and case management procedures
  • High Level of Integrity - ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Information gathering and analysis skills
  • IT User skills

Property Officer

Reporting to the Chief Property Officer, the Property Officers will be responsible for Property valuation, lease negotiation/administration and real estate portfolio management. 

The key responsibilities for this position are;
  • Conducting valuation of properties
  • Lease negotiation and administration for buildings/land for company operational use
  • Real Estate portfolio management
  • Due diligence of real estate
  • Acquiring land on behalf of the Company
  • Liaising with local authorities and government institutions on statutory payments of levies and other requirements
  • Maintaining and updating register of Company properties
  • Identifying cost effective office space and staff accommodation as necessary
  • Analysis and application of laws, by-laws, standard and codes in respect of real estate
  • Representation of the company in Central and County Government forums and processes in respect of real estate matters
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned.
Appointment Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics or related field from recognized institutions
  • Registered Valuer by Valuers Registration Board
  • Member of Institute of Surveyors of Kenya
  • Four (4) years relevant working experience
  • Understanding of Property Valuation and Real Estate Management

Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, the Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for project cost accounting, description and specification of construction technology and methodology. 

The key responsibilities for this position are;
  • Undertaking cost accounting for all projects to be undertaken
  • Description and specification of construction technology and methodology
  • Quantification and costing of building works
  • Measurement and valuation of works
  • Technical Assessment, inspection and tests of materials and works
  • Construction contracts administration
  • Analysis and application of laws, by-laws, standards and codes in respect to building construction.
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned.
Appointment Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building Economics or related field from a recognized institution. Registration with the Board of Registration for Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS)

Manager, Learning & Development

Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resource & Administration, the Manager, Learning & Development will be responsible for ensuring continuous availability of a competent human capital through enhancement of knowledge, skills and competencies in the workforce.

The key responsibilities for this position are;


  • Implementing strategies on needs identification, staff training and leadership development in the Company.
  • Developing mechanisms for identifying training needs of employees in the Company.
  • Developing and implementing training programmes to meet corporate skills and competency needs.
  • Identifying leadership development needs in liaison with line managers.
  • Developing and implementing programs to bridge the leadership gaps in the Company.
  • Periodically reviewing the leadership capacity in the organization and making the necessary interventions.
  • Design strategies for assessing the impact of training programmes on employee performance and making necessary interventions.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to guide coaching and mentoring in the Company.
  • Procuring learning and development consultancy services and promoting relations with external training institutions, agencies and other stakeholders for mutual benefit.

Appointment Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences
  • Advanced Degree will be an added advantage
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Member, Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
  • Ten (10) years working experience, three (3) of which should have been at Senior management level
  • Strong communication & negotiation Skills
  • Creativity and innovation; High levels of integrity and ethics
