Micro Mobile Ltd is a Kenyan mobile solution company which started operations in August 2013 with a focus on providing micro credit and financial access solutions on a mobile platform.

Receptionist / Personal Assistant
Job Role: Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible in:
  • Manning the reception i.e. managing all inbound and outbound calls.
  • Handling and directing clients to respective persons.
  • Ensuring knowledge of personnel whereabouts and maintaining exact and complete sign-out / sign-in procedures for consumers and on-site staff.
  • Dealing with client / customer queries or requests.
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support.
  • Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining CEOs appointment diary either electronically or manually.
  • Preparing official letters and documents, receiving and sorting out deliveries made in the office.
  • Ensuring that the office premises are equipped with the necessary office supplies.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Data entry.
  • Book keeping.
  • Making appointments and planning the CEO’s diary
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Any other duties may be assigned from time to time if necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree business administration / office management.
  • Knowledge in front office operations / secretarial studies will be an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity.
