A Construction company is looking to
fill up the Position of a Projects Manager
Key duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Oversee the preparation of quotations and
tendering
- Oversees the development of Bills of
Quantities
- Prepare detailed budgets for the projects
- Prepare projects work plans
- Develops work methodologies for Lee
Construction in line with International Standards
- Developing quality assurance and quality
control policies and procedures
- coordinate the projects operations to ensure
that the work is executed on time, budget, in accordance with the clients
requirements and within company policies, procedures and standards
- Handle correspondence with clients
- Supervising the Site Agents and
Production/Materials Engineer
- Checking and approving engineering
drawings
- In accordance with company policies and
procedures, evaluates the performance of all employees within the
department and assists them in their professional development and growth
- Planning, recruiting, selecting and providing
training for all personnel in the department
- Supports marketing and sales activities
- Carries out research on new products and
other methods of production
- Provide information to customers and members
of the public on technical issues
- Representing the Technical Department in
management meetings
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Qualification and Experience
- B.Sc, Civil Engineering
- Registered as a full professional
practitioner with relevant technical professional body for a minimum 5
years
- Ten years relevant experience with at least 5
years served in a senior position
- Computer skills – MS office, AutoCAD.
