year with possibility of extension
The selected candidate will be reporting to Project Coordinator and he/she will provide administrative and operational support to the project.

Main Tasks include, but not limited
to:
- Support the Field coordinator in aspects of
the role and project.
- Liaison with the hospital team and the
community at large.
- Introduction of MSF to the community and to
authorities (formal and informal)
- Cultural briefing for expat staff arriving in
the project and new recruits
- Mapping of actors and NGOs
- Provide updated security information
surrounding the project.
- Networking with community/women’s groups for
the sake of Sex and Gender Based Violence program, health promotion etc.
- Weekly and monthly reporting of all key
project activities.
- Maintaining and updating field contacts and
correspondence with other affiliated organizations.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Health or related degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar
position. Previous MSF experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong
initiative, able to handle complex assignments with proactive attitude
- Organized, autonomous and attentive to details
- Punctual, reliable and flexible to work long
hours when required
- Computer literacy with practical use of
MS-Office applications an advantage
