Our client, who manufactures a complete range of construction chemicals, as well as  providing total cost-effective solutions and World Class Services to the Specialty Construction Chemical Industry by using their expertise and strategic alliances with leading partners is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Help screen incoming calls
  • Manage the post and email
  • Greet visitors
  • Book cabs and couriers and travel requirements
  • Look after the filing
  • Photocopying and binding
  • Updating of contact lists
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments
Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum of a Diploma.
  • Proficient with computers, Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
Remuneration is Ksh 10,000 – 12,000
