Medical Officer
(2 Positions)
 
Reporting to the Medical Officer in Charge, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative medical care to clients both in inpatient and outpatient services.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb), valid private practise and annual licences from KMPDB. 


Valid certification on ATLS,ACLS will be an added advantage. 

In addition they must have a minimum 1 year experience working in a busy hospital environment.

Nursing Officer 
(3 Positions)
 
Reporting to the Nursing Officer in Charge this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Nursing team within a section. (Maternity, OPD, Medical /Surgical). 

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring high quality nursing care, optimal resource utilization and customer care.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a Diploma in KRCHN. 

Higher National diploma in a specialized area or valid certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS will be an added advantage. 

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Care. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment and 3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory position leading a team of nursing staff.
 
Clinical Officer - Anaesthetists
(2 Positions)
 
Reporting to the Medical Officer in Charge, this position will be responsible for providing quality anaesthetic services in the theatre while ensuring patient safety both pre and post operation.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and a Higher National Diploma in Anaesthesia. Valid certification on ATLS, ACLS. 

In addition they must have a minimum 5 years cumulative experience and 3 years experience providing anaesthetist services in a busy hospital theatre.
 
ERP Administrator 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer this position is responsible for configuration, updating of the databases while at the same time developing reports as per the business need.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and MUST be certified in oracle or MS data base administrator. 

The position requires mastery in SQL and ability to develop queries. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years cumulative experience in a busy environment.
 
Hotel Services Supervisor 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager this position is responsible for delivering high quality, cost effective and timely provision of housekeeping, cafeteria and laundry services within the unit.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent from a recognized institution. 

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Care. 

The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position leading a team of staff.
 
HR Officer 
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective HR Service Delivery and compliance to approved policies, processes and procedures.
 
The job holder will be responsible for HR services at the hospital level.
 
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree with professional qualification at Diploma level. 

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Care. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year’s cumulative experience in a busy environment.

Imaging Technologists - Sonographers / Radiographers 
(3 Positions)
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager this position will be responsible for provision of quality and accurate imaging services (i.e. x-rays, ultra sound and other procedures)

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences and a valid registration with the Radiology Board of Kenya. 

A Higher National Diploma in Ultra Sound will be an added advantage. 

In addition they must have experience of up to 2 years in a busy hospital environment.

Information Systems Client Support Officer 
(3 Positions)
 
Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for provision of technical support to users, ensuring network availability and carrying out maintenance of computers as required.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Computer Science, A+ and N+ certification. 

CISCO or MCITP certification will be an added advantage. 

The position requires active knowledge and experience in computer maintenance and good communication skills. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years cumulative experience in a busy environment.
 
Part Time Tutor in Information Systems
(1 Position)
 
Reporting to the Principal- NWH College, this position is responsible for imparting IT skills to students at the college through various methods as per the established curriculum.

Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Computer Science, A+ and N+ certification with at least 1 year’s experience tutoring students at diploma level. 

The position requires active knowledge and good communication skills. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years cumulative experience in a busy environment.
