They seek to hire a marketing &
admin executive to develop, implement and monitor marketing activities whilst
offering admin support.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Function
- Devising, presenting and implementing
marketing ideas and strategies
- Managing advertising, marketing and
promotional activities
- Prepare marketing materials i.e. brochures,
fliers
- Organizing & attending events and product
exhibitions
- Monitoring company’s performance
- Market research
- Competitor Analysis
- Managing social media activities
Admin Function
- Responsible for providing administrative
support to the managing director
- Organize and facilitate corporate events,
board meetings and executive conferences
- Arranging all travel and accommodation
arrangements
- Proving administrative support
- Schedule and arrange meetings for management
staff and inform involved parties.
- Take minutes or recordings of meetings
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Communication or related field
- At least 3 years experience working in similar
position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Creativity as well a as proactive attitude
