As a part of their major expansion
programme, they wish to recruit a highly competent Internal Auditor.
Job Purpose: The Internal Auditor will primarily be responsible for advising the Club Management and reporting to the Main Committee of the Club on business risks and the adequacy of internal controls systems.

He/she will be responsible for
undertaking internal audit checks on Club controls and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing the existing internal control
systems manual, procedures and advising management accordingly.
- Carrying out independent assessments of
business and operational risks to ensure efficient and effective use of
the Club’s resources.
- Assessing compliance to Club’s policies,
procedures and regulations.
- Developing and implementing audits plans,
programmes and tests in consultation with the external auditors.
- Assisting in ensuring efficient use of
accounting of Club assets and safeguarding against loss
- Preparation of periodical reports for Main
Committee regarding the reliance of the existing internal control systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in Bachelor of Commerce or Business
Administration with C.P.A(K) or A.C.C.A.
- Over 5 years experience in auditing firms or
similar position preferably in Hotel & Hospitality industry.
- Demonstration of strong analytical skills,
knowledge of risk management and internal audit standards will be
essential.
- Must have hands on experience in Ms Word, Ms
Excel. Experience in Pastel Accounting package will be an added advantage.
