Job Title: Group GM Corporate Accounts
 
Reporting To: Group Commercial Director
 
Location: Nairobi
 
Job Purpose: Optimizing sales revenue for corporate accounts of the Group through measurable strategic planning, implementing tactics, managing relationships at various levels within a company, and expanding markets while maximizing the awareness / branding impact for the company.
 
Our client in the Energy Sector, seeks to engage a dynamic, result- oriented Group GM Corporate Accounts to deliver value to the organization by maximizing sales revenue.
 


 
Specific Responsibilities
  • Capitalizes on partnerships to create mutual value, agreed-upon benefits and a rewarding alliance.
  • Ensures that the company’s internal business objectives for sales are met as well as their goals. 
  • Requires a relatively high degree of concentration in marketing, public relations, sales, creative knowledge and skills to develop, enhance and manage holistic corporate culture.
  • Cultivates strong corporate alliances by building relationships with contacts to fully engage, and increase support and interest in growing market share.
  • Researches, creates and implements a strategic plan for each product within the Manager’s portfolio utilizing knowledge of historical data, cause marketing and business best practices, trends, technology and information affecting the company’s business.
  • Manages annual campaigns for products which will boost the group revenue.
  • Creates, manages and monitors budget for group within Manager’s portfolio.
  • Involves monthly review of P&Ls, ensuring expenses and revenue are accurate, and collection of contract payables.
  • Communicates, both internally and externally at multiple levels of an organization which includes a combination of electronic, written, face-to-face, telephone conversations and video conferences.
  • Maintains accurate data in Sales force for the group.
  • Assumes additional duties, as required by supervisor
Key Qualifications, Skills and Essential Attributes
  • Relevant bachelors’ degree
  • At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing
  • Program management skills
  • People management and customer care skills
  • Strong communication, organization and planning skills
  • A person of integrity, who is presentable, and a team player/leader
