National Housing Corporation (NHC) is
a State Owned Enterprise (SOE) established under the Housing Act Cap.117 of the
Laws of Kenya and is the principal agent of the National Government in
implementation of Housing.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Kenyan citizens to fill the following vacant position:

The Assistant Estates Officer reports
to the Senior Estates Officer and is responsible for the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparations of letters of offer and leases
under direction from the Senior Estates Officer.
- Rent collection in rental schemes and
enforcements.
- Updating and administration of asset register
of NHC properties countrywide.
- Opening of accounts and files for new tenants.
- Ensuring payment of statutory dues and utility
bills (water, electricity, Land rates, Land rents etc).
- Attending to tenants’ welfare, complaints and
disputes.
- Undertake pre-occupancy education to
users/tenants of NHC estates.
- Maintenance and repairs of buildings.
- Carrying out user reaction surveys.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Land Economics degree
from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Have three (3) years’ experience in the field
of Estates, Housing and/or Property Management.
- Be computer literate and a team player.
