Job Title: Admin & Operations Coordinator
Location: Nairobi office with frequent travels within East
Africa
Position involves:
- Creating staffing Schedules for all East
Africa camps;
- Recruitment and selection;
- Assist with creating policies, manuals and
SOP’s;
- General Administrative roles;
- Quality control
- Operations and HR;
- Inventory management;
- Travelling within East Africa among other
roles.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and Interpersonal /
oral / written skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a team
player
- Demonstration of clear, strategic and critical
thinking
- Excellent Computer skills and must be familiar
with power point
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management,
Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related course
- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy
environment performing Administrative and Operations roles.
