Job Title: Admin & Operations Coordinator
 
Location: Nairobi office with frequent travels within East Africa
 
Position involves:
  • Creating staffing Schedules for all East Africa camps; 
  • Recruitment and selection; 
  • Assist with creating policies, manuals and SOP’s; 
  • General Administrative roles; 
  • Quality control
  • Operations and HR; 
  • Inventory management; 
  • Travelling within East Africa among other roles.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and Interpersonal / oral / written skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Demonstration of clear, strategic and critical thinking
  • Excellent Computer skills and must be familiar with power point
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related course
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a busy environment performing Administrative and Operations roles.
