Job Title: Admin Assistant

They initially started as an export
and import company and they seek to hire an Admin Assistant who will be in
charge of all the administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and receive phone calls
- Attend to walk in clients
- Organizing and filling documents
- Correspond with in house and External
accountants
- Conduct NHIF, NSSF and PAYE Payments
- Liaise with customers ‘as and when’ needed
- Prepare Banking ETFs, RTGS, Deposits/ withdrawal
slips
- Issue visitor/ temporary staff passes
- Sending and routing emails
- Assist in fast collection of customer payments
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Diploma in Business Administration
- 3 years experience in a busy setup
- Ability to communicate well with junior and
senior staff
- Courteous in all aspects and maintains a
friendly attitude
- Mature and responsible for their work
- Basic accounting will be an added advantage
