Advertisement for Consultants: AfyaInfo is a five-year (2011–2016), $32 million
project funded by USAID/Kenya.
Its overall goal is to support Kenya
to strengthen the health information systems at both the national and county
level, give health managers access to real-time, dis-aggregated and high
quality health data necessary to inform evidence based decision making at all
levels of the health system.
At the end of the project, there will
be a State Department of Health (SDOH) and County Departments of Health (CDOHs)
able to effectively manage and use the NHIS.
