Gym Instructor
The job holder will provide a comprehensive, one-on-one personal fitness assessment and training program to our clients.

- Supervision of clients during peak hours to
ensure their safety at all times.
- Plan routines, choose appropriate music, and
choose different movements for each set of muscles, depending on
participants’ capabilities and limitations.
- Ensure that the gym is clean and free from
health and safety hazards at all time.
- Advice clients about proper attire for
training.
- Administer first aid in case of an
accident/injury.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Possession of an Advanced Certificate or
Diploma in Health, Fitness and Nutrition;
- At least 2-3 years experience as a group
health fitness instructor;
- Sound knowledge on health and safety practices
for a gym;
- Certificate in First Aid;
- Good communicator and team player;
- Ability to manage different tasks
simultaneously and work under pressure;
- A passion for healthy living.
Health Club Supervisor
The job holder will oversee daily operations of the health club section in the Hotel.

- Responsible for overall running of the Health
Club, including gym, Swimming Pool, Steam Bath and Sauna.
- Responsible for training, managing and
scheduling of the health club staff.
- Ensuring that all facilities are in working
order.
- Maintaining fitness equipment and report
repairs promptly to avoid accidents.
- Providing the Management with reports on the
administrative aspects of the health club.
- Actively promoting and selling the hotel
products and services.
- Always ensuring that the health club section
is clean and free from health and safety hazards.
- Overseeing personal training programs and any
other programs the health club may be running.
- Administering first aid in case of an
accident/injury.
- Collecting feedback from clients in regard to
the health club.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Possession of an Advanced Certificate or
Diploma in Group Fitness Instruction and Nutrition.
- At least 4-5 years experience in a similar
capacity, ideally in a Hotel or Club environment.
- A thorough knowledge of gym and aerobics
equipments and spa services.
- Certificate in First Aid and possess sound
knowledge on health and safety practices for the health club.
- Have a passion for healthy living and
demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team
player
- A proven track record to supervise, motivate
and handle clients at all levels of fitness.
Deputy Housekeeper
The job holder will assist the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring that the guests have comfortable and clean rooms, highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in the whole hotel and that facilities and equipment are available to the guests at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The job holder will assist the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring that the guests have comfortable and clean rooms, highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in the whole hotel and that facilities and equipment are available to the guests at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervision of the housekeeping
team, the guest rooms, public areas, offices and the laundry.
- Assist in proper planning and budgeting of the
housekeeping finances.
- Assist in developing action plans and standard
operation procedures in view of varying room occupancy levels.
- To monitor and control all the cleaning
materials, equipments and detergents, ensuring that the right proportions
are being used.
- To occasionally provide on the job training to
staff on procedures and any other relevant areas requiring coaching.
- To ensure that any reported guest complaint is
handled efficiently.
- To ensure that reported guest complaints are
handled efficiently and any beyond your ability is reported to the
Executive Housekeeper.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Possess a Diploma in Housekeeping or
equivalent from a recognized training institution.
- At least 3-5 years supervisor/management
experience in hotel/housekeeping preferred.
- Should have operational knowledge of laundry
machines and usage of different laundry washing detergents and chemicals.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal
skills and be a team player.
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks to meet
deadlines.
- Have excellent planning and organizational
skills.
- Have good customer care and public relations
skills.
