Our Client is an NGO currently recruiting a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Description

Develop a marketing and outreach strategy to engage Kenyan women from different social groups;

Support the Program Manager in planning and executing training and mentoring events with leading businesswomen and aspiring entrepreneurs;

Manage on-line social media channels along with website and blog.

Roles, Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the promotion, logistics and operations of running numerous entrepreneur support events and report on the day-to-day marketing and events to the Executive Director;
  • Support the Development of strong relationships with local strategic partners and players;
  • Support the design and develop entrepreneurial campaigns and action plans;
  • Design and develop the first Annual Programs and Events Calendar;
  • Help implement monitoring and evaluation processes, which include physical surveys, interviews and online data collection / inputs, track and report on the key metrics;
  • Work to generally support the marketing and outreach for the program
  • Help build the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support partners achieve further development;
  • Carry out any other responsibilities that the  management may see fit.
Requirements
  • Degree and/or Experience in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Promotion Relations and any related qualifications.
  • Experience working on complex program
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing
  • Excellent computer skills

Our Client is an NGO currently recruiting a Programs Coordinator

Description

Lead  day to day operations, including management of  team members, online media presence, and financial and impact reporting;

Work with local and international team to operationalize the programs sustainability strategy;

Work closely with female entrepreneurs, mentors in a variety of fields, donors, advisors, male champions of women, and  staff to help develop aspiring female entrepreneurs and existing women business owners, grow mentor networks, and enhance Kenya’s entrepreneurial ecosystem;

Be responsible for relationship management and partners’ support.

Roles, Responsibilities and Duties
  • Report on the day-to-day operations
  • Develop and document a shared vision and action plan based on local needs and objectives;
  • Implement the sustainability strategy and action plan necessary to ensure success beyond the initial funding support;
  • Develop strong relationships with local strategic partners and players;
  • Design and develop entrepreneurial campaigns and action plans;
  • Design and develop the first Annual Programs and Events Calendar;
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation processes, which include physical surveys, interviews and online data collection / inputs, track and report on the key metrics;
  • Manage the overall day-to-day center operations and management in close liaison with the Youth Banner team;
  • Help build the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support partners achieve further development;
  • Carry out any other responsibilities that the  management may see fit
Requirements
  • Degree and/or Experience in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Public Relations and any related qualifications.
  • Experience managing complex programs
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing
  • Excellent computer skills
