Responsibilities:
- Be able to use software and applications
- Able to operate hardware/machines like
Scanners, printers, photocopier
- A person who has experience working with
Mpesa, Airtel Money, Equity Agent, KCB Mtani, Coop Agent and any other
mobile banking services
- Able to troubleshoot internet problems that a
customer might encounter
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the
place.
- Keep accurate records of logs and inventories
of the shop
