Our client is one of the fastest growing independent car sales businesses in the country. 

They seek to hire an admin assistant with an IT background to facilitate the day to day operations within the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing, maintaining and managing diaries, calendars, bookings, appointments and meetings for the company
  • Liaising with various departments, suppliers and clients and relaying essential information
  • Data management and updating of personnel and company related records
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, letters and presentations
  • Responding to customer queries
  • managing correspondence and dispatch both internal and externally
  • Liaising with various service providers
  • Sets up and arranges meetings, facilities and accommodations as required
  • Maintaining files, materials, information, schedules and related data
  • Maintains office hygiene
  • Support staff on admin and operational issues
  • Provide IT related support e.g. end user support and Hardware support
  • Assist in the acquisition of specific computer hardware and software, as well as coordinate its introduction into the office, and manage its maintenance
  • Assist to maintain and to manage ICT infrastructure systems
  • Regularly review and evaluate office and users equipment and recommend replacement
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Diploma in business Administration or other relevant field
  • Team player
  • Self driven
  • An organized approach and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and good typing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
