Job Title: Front Office Administrator
Job Summary: The incumbent will work closely with the General Manager to provide administrative and organizational support and will have opportunity to take up significant responsibility in a fast growing environment.

- Attend to all phone calls, direct incoming
calls and respond to all inquiries
- Receive all visitors and ensure they are all
served
- Record all incoming and outgoing mails and
packages in the records book
- Schedule meetings if any
- Maintain stationery supplies and coordinating
deliveries
- Closely monitor time attendance of staff and
make follow ups where needed
- Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and
internal support materials
- Handle client complaints with follow up to
ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and modify documents including
correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
- Liaise and follow-up on clients, suppliers of
various services and continuously update the status of the tasks
undertaken. This includes following up on business licenses, work permits
- Provide timely and accurate operational
support on behalf of the General Manager to maintain day to day
efficiencies in the office
- Conduct regular research in area of
responsibility and disseminate information appropriately to enhance
knowledge, attitudes, opinions and aspirations of the company’s
stakeholder.

Qualification and Experience
- Diploma in Business Management/ Administration
- 2 to 3 years in a similar field
- Ability to ‘get things done’ in a hands on
manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and
relationship management skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills including
written and oral skills
