Established in 1998, MicroSave is an
expanding international consulting company with ten offices in Africa and
Asia.
MicroSave provides consulting
services to leading commercial banks, central banks, mobile money operators,
microfinance institutions and SACCOs as well as international and bilateral
donors and foundations.
Consultants should have at least five
years’ experience in consulting, a Master’s Degree and direct experience in
digital financial services, banking or microfinance.
The following skillsets are sought:
- Digital financial services, including agency
management and mobile payments
- Qualitative and/or quantitative market
research including use of statistical packages for data analysis
- Researching, developing and pilot testing
agent models and financial products
- Business process re-engineering within mobile
money operators and financial institutions
- Project / programme management, monitoring and
evaluation
- Excellent communication and report writing
skills
- Fluency in English language.

- A CV showing detailed experience of their
consulting assignments and any capacity statements.
- A covering letter which highlights the
relevant experience of the consultant.
- Two references of clients or funders with whom
they have worked in last 1 year.
Consultants meeting the minimum
standard will be acknowledged by email, and will be contacted for further
meetings.
