Position: Export Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of export
documentation requirements, commercial invoices, etc.
- Provide essential international order
processing and documentation.
- Customer service and shipping assistance.
- Customer liaison by phone, email, fax.
- Good communication requirement.
- Ensure that all documentation meet export
regulation.
- Arrange details of shipment with forwarders,
carriers as necessary for exports.
- Responsible for all export filing.
- Ensure packing specifications, shipping
details, delivery notes, copy invoices, BOL, L.O.C etc. are filed
together.
- Adhere to all ISO procedures and work
instructions.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Prepare export schedule for V.A.T purposes and
submit to the accounts department before the 10th of every month.
- Liaise with other departments, particularly
production and sales to be aware of the customers’ delivery status.
- Prepare and submit relevant administration in
timely and accurate manner, e.g. shipping details, E.T.A, letter of
credit, declaration,packing,routing,eur1,E.A.C,Comesa,G.S.P,health
certificate etc.
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma/Certificate
- Knowledge of EAC, COMESA, SADC, USA and
Customs requirement.
- Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics,
freight forwarding, freight brokerage or related field.
- Experience filing Electronic Export
Information
- Solid knowledge of local laws and Trade
regulations for compliance management.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
