  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor

  • Detail-oriented and  can multi-task
  • Has integrity – honest and ethical
  • Flexible, polite & accommodating
  • At least 1 year experience in call centre
  • Must have outbound call experience
  • Diploma or Degree in a related field – public relations or mass communications will be an added advantage
