Our client a well-established Retail
Chain Company is looking to fill the position of an Assistant Branch Manager.
The successful candidate must have
experience working in Senior Management for Retail Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage business development
- Build relationship with customers.
- Ensure the customer receives products on time
and accurately as per request.
- Efficient manage labour, vehicle fleet, machinery
and equipment in order to optimise use.
- Efficiently managed assigned product category
by insuring products are correctly ordered, displaced, priced and sold so
as to optimise sales and maintain levels of stock.
- Ensured the project is completed as per agreed
timelines in a cost effective manner so as to meet or exceed client’s
requirements.
- Maintain a daily schedule for each vehicle
based on the route allocated for delivery using the picking list.
- Coordinate with the Internal Audit Department
to ensure that all stock variance are investigated.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in senior
management.
- Must have relevant experience in retail
management.
- Must be willing to work in a high pressure
environment.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in business.
- Must have strong business management skills.
Candidates with Ceramic experience
will have an added advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 - 180,000/= (Approx. 1,578 - 1,894 USD) depending on experience
