City Rydes Limited, an errand and logistics company, is recruiting an Administrative Assistant (Intern). 

We are seeking a well organized, ambitious, resourceful, customer focused, energetic and self motivated individual, with excellent communication, organization and planning skills and with ability to multitask, keen on a career enhancing opportunity, to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling office operational support duties
  • Answering the telephone, giving relevant information to callers and routing calls to appropriate individuals
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for company's directors
  • Typing correspondences, reports and other documents
  • Making copies of printed documents, and filing correspondences, reports and records
  • Greeting visitors, determining nature of business and directing to concerned person
  • Giving accurate and detailed information to visitors
  • Regularly updating and managing the company's blog and social media accounts and ensuring increased traffic to these sites
  • Responding to client inquiries and needs at the office
  • Co-ordinating and tracking dispatch and client errand requests and updating the clients on the progress of the same
  • Minute taking and compiling during company meetings
  • Compiling and typing statistical reports and charts
  • Arranging travel schedules and reservations
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma in Business Administration or related courses.
  • Adaptable and ambitious individual with good problem solving and team working skills.
  • Versatile and well organized individual with deep knowledge of making administrative and procedural decisions, with the aim of running an infallible office system.
  • Excellent writing skills and with good command of English
  • High energy with ability to manage administrative duties in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Tenacious and resourceful with a great talent for blending creativity and administrative abilities to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of office work.
  • Reliable and methodical with exceptional ability to manage both staff and office issues by exercising tact and good sense.
