Assistant Operations Manager
 
Job Role
 
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible in:
  • Managing service delivery for both internal and external customers
  • Tracking service delivery metrics and initiating service improvements
  • Ensuring client transactions are processed with speed and accuracy
  • Managing procurement process & supplier relations
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the office budget;
  • Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
  • Keeping the staff updated  on oncoming meetings
  • Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
  • Reviewing and updating all the licenses hence ensuring they are up-to-date
  • In charge of counterchecking and verification of the data that’s being keyed into the system
  • In charge of manning the reception
  • In charge of all the office logistics
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of the clerical and support staff
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related degree course
  • Qualifications and experience in IT and/or Accounting will be added advantage
  • 2 year’s experience in a similar role

Direct Sales Representative
 
DSR Job Roles
 
Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager/Team Leader, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Improving visibility and brand image of Micromobile
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Acquisition & customer portfolio management
  • Marketing Micromobile’s products and services on a daily basis to prospective customers
  • Generating business through local sales promotion: i.e. marketing calls on potential customers.
  • Building relationships with existing referral sources and cultivate new referral sources both internally and externally.
  • Working closely with the Team Leader in arranging for events/promotions for new acquisition of customers.
  • Ensuring the best in terms of quality of sales.
  • Deriving insights to competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
  • Regularly providing feedback to the Team Leader on the acceptance of the products in the market and suggest changes that could provide energy to the sales efforts.

Minimum Qualifications for Direct Sales Representative
 
Qualification:
  • A university diploma/degree in any discipline
