Service Administrator Job in Kenya (50K - 55K)

Our client, an established Motorcycle Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Service Administrator to join their sales and marketing department.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit dealers and mechanics to check and advise on service standards.
  • Provide product knowledge and service information to dealers
  • Collect service information from dealers  and provide the company with this information.
  • Monitor service capability of each dealers and review improvements.
  • Carry out campaigns and promotions to increase awareness of services.
  • File all service documents, registration cards and all service publications.
  • Weekly update the dealer service index control sheet and the HSP map.
  • Update the service index control sheet and HSP map weekly.
  • Those with experience in sales have a higher advantage.
  • Submit reports promptly for analysis.    
Qualifications:
  • Must have knowledge of motorcycle business.
  • Must have 3 - 4 years experience in the automobile industry.
  • Must have experience in service & mechanic work.
  • Must be above 25 years.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and mobilize.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable, honest and be a person of high integrity.
  • Should have supervisory and analytical skills.
  • Able to train on service quality matters.
  • Should have a valid driving license.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 50,000 -  55,000/= (Approx. 555 - 611 USD)depending on experience and qualification.
