A new upmarket Restaurant in Mombasa is looking for the following staff to add to their dynamic team:


1. An Executive Chef with 6+ years head chef experience. 


Applicants must have a formal qualification. 

Duties will include food preparation and running the complete kitchen operation. 

Must be able to manage a multi purpose kitchen. 

Strong cooking and kitchen management skills essential. 

Candidates must have strong knowledge of stock management and food cost. 

Only passionate & ambitious candidates will be considered.

2. A 
Sous Chef with 3+ years experience in continental cuisine preparation. 

Duties will include assisting the Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with established standards. 


In addition, the sous chef will coordinate with the Executive Chef for the purchase of all food, maintaining food and labour costs.

3. 
Waiters / Waitresses with 2+ years experience in the food/ hospitality industry. 

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for setting up tables, delivering food and beverages, ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
