Overall Responsibility: The position is responsible for support of the organization’s business retention objective and enhancement of quality of data and reporting
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Overall Responsibility: The position is responsible for support of the organization’s business retention objective and enhancement of quality of data and reporting
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the customer service unit in handling
of customer complaints, queries and/or feedback in a timely manner
- Responsible for compilation of the business
retention reports for review and analysis
- Actively participate in data enrichment which
involves data capture, review, analysis and generate reports as may be
required
- Participate in the Internal Quarterly feedback
initiative
- Track and follow-up of timely reports from the
contact center
- Track and report the company’s performance in
delivering the required customer experience
- Act as a liaison between the contact center
and unit on daily operations
- Handle the implementation and learning of the
Customer Experience ERP modules
- Mine and analyze data to determine the level
of customer service in each function
- Mine and utilize data to enhance the customer
profile
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial
Science/Statistics or equivalent
- 4 years of relevant working experience
Competencies
- Knowledge in Claims and Underwriting
- Strong Organization and Analytical skills
- Ability to lead and develop others
- Ability to build relationships, innovativeness
and customer orientation
