Service Administrator Job in Nairobi Kenya (50K - 55K)

Our Client is one of the largest Manufacturers of motorcycles in Nairobi. 

They seek to hire a service administrator to give guidance on service to Dealers and collecting service related information and providing this information to the assistant service manager for further reporting to management. 

The position will also involve updating the service index control sheet and HSP map weekly. 

The position will require an eye for service quality and the quality of HMKs products.
                

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit dealers and roadside mechanics to check on service standards and advise where necessary for improvement purposes.
  • Provide product knowledge and service information to dealers
  • Collect  service information from dealers  and provide management with this  information
  • Monitor service capability of each dealers and review improvements
  • Carry out campaigns and promotion to increase familiarization with service actions
  • Give guidance about service customer management
  • Filing and keeping tidy the service documents especially WTY registration cards and all service publications.
  • Ensure availability and perfect operation of all service publications/ documents both at the office and dealer shops.
  • Weekly update the Dealer Service Index Control sheet and the HSP map.
Skills and qualifications required
  • Age; 25  years and above
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Knowledge of motorcycle  Business
  • 2 years Experience in service / mechanic work
  • Ability to troubleshoot and mobilize
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable, honest and be a person of high integrity
  • Should have good Supervisory and analytical skills.
  • Able to train  on service quality matters
  • Minimum of a diploma in automobile engineering or any other related course
  • Should have selling skills, those with experience in sales have a higher advantage.
  • 3-4 years experience working in the automobile industry
  • Should have a valid driving license.
