As we enhance our footprint in Kenya, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team within the following position:

Warehouse Operator 
 
Responsibilities:
·                     Take responsibility and drive all activities related to warehouse operations working closely with various departments within the warehouse
·                     Ensure smooth operations of local and international supply chain at the warehouse
·                     Handle orders, ensure storage of products, collaborate to production planning
·                     Manage stocks and ensure shipment to customers
·                     Coordinate streams within established costs and timing
·                     Ensure proper interface between all internal parties related to order preparation

3PL Account Executive

Responsibilities:
·                     Responsible for managing the end to end relationship with a given 3PL;
·                     Responsible for ensuring the performance of the given 3PL meets expectations;
·                     Ensures daily follow-up with the given 3PL so as to monitor performance;
·                     Ensures that the package status for the given 3PL is correctly updated on a daily basis;
·                     Responsible for training 3PL agents at our pick up points (hubs);
·                     Ensures daily financial reconciliation of orders fulfilled by the given 3PL partner;
·                     Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of daily and weekly reports on 3PL performance.
Qualifications & Competencies:
·                     Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
·                     Excellent interpersonal relations
·                     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·                     Multitasks and has strong organizational skills
·                     Good teamwork and collaboration skills
·                     Strong work ethic
·                     High level of computer literacy (specifically Ms Excel)
·                     High level of attention to detail
·                     Strong follow through

Hub Manager
 
Responsibilities:
·                     Receiving items from our warehouse and confirming all receipts
·                     Issuing products/ items to customers who come to pick up
·                     Handling walk in customers and running the hub front office
·                     In charge of managing the staff at the hub
·                     Responsible for the goods at the hub and dispatch of returned items to the warehouse
·                     Handling daily financial reconciliation
·                     Closing all Pick up runs with Finance Team

Qualifications & Competencies
·                     Basic degree/ diploma in any social science
·                     2 Years work experience in a busy environment
·                     Very good IT and communication skills
·                     Good customer service skills
·                     Excellent English

Queue Management Intern
 
Responsibilities
·                     Monitor the queues on the OMS and assist in the resolution of any issues that there may be and escalate any that may be beyond his / her control
·                     In contact with managers within each department to ensure all queues  within the OMS are clear
·                     Ensure all reports are done and sent on time

Qualifications & Competencies
·                     Highly Computer Literate – will be working on the Warehouse Management Software & Excel
·                     Attention to detail
