Our client, a leading global travel
retailer operating worldwide seeks to recruit an Office Assistant.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assisting employees, business partners and
visitors.
- He or she will be in charge of preparing
meetings.
- Providing support to various departments
through general administrative and clerical service’s as requested such as
typing, filling, maintenance of service logs, data entry and scanning.
- Ensuring that the company’s documents and
contact persons list is up to date
- Ensuring the level of confidentiality
required, within her/his competence.
- Proactively works to ensure that audits are
maintained.
- Acting as a channel of communication between
the management and employees.
- Administrate the time attendance system
software.
- Full compliance with all the statutory
requirements and files for Human Resource, Administration and personal
files
Qualifications and Competences
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business
Administration or related field
- A minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Fluent in English and additional language
applicable to that area.
- Well versed in PC applications.
- Familiar with local employment law
regulations.
