Title: Marketing
& Customer Service Officer
Reports To: BDE
A growing Financial Institution (Members’ owned Sacco) in Nairobi is seeking vibrant, self-motivated and qualified person for the above post
- Ensure
client and potential clients’ ultimate satisfaction with the company’s
services.
- Proactively
manage the marketing platform of the company
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop
and manage productive working relationships with clients.
- Demonstrates
products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them
in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Researches
sources for developing prospective customers and for information to
determine their potential.
- Develops
clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and
prospective customers.
- Expedites
the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Creates
and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting
profile, share and value opportunities.
- Identifies
competition and compares organization’s products/services.
- Supplies
management with written reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Identify,
plan and participate in marketing events
- Sells
products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects; recommending solutions
- Provide
coordination and administrative support in the operations of the company
- Manage
the online marketing platform for the company

Qualifications
- Degree
or Diploma in Marketing/Business/ or related field or equivalent education
- 2
years’ experience in Sales, involving achieving monthly, quarterly and
annual sales quotas
- Proven
track record of successfully achieving KPIs and meeting/exceeding quota.
